Cloudera Online Services definition

Cloudera Online Services means online services offerings provided by Cloudera as hosted, cloud-based services, accessible to Customer through a web browser, as set forth in the applicable Order Form.

Cloudera Online Services means any 1. 3 total raw hard disk capacity allocated to one or more Storage Volumes that are used by the Cloudera Products. Capacity Under Management is measured in Terabytes (TB).

Examples of Cloudera Online Services in a sentence

  • Subject to the terms and conditions of the Agreement, CGSI grants to Ordering Activity a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable and limited license to access, use and reproduce (except as to the Cloudera Online Services, which may not be reproduced) the Cloudera Products as identified in the applicable Order Form, for the duration of the Subscription Period, solely for Ordering Activity’s internal business purposes.

  • The diagnostic function collects configuration files, software versions, log files and other information regarding the Customer Environment and use of those elements of Cloudera Online Services that are deployed in the Customer Environment, and reports that information to Cloudera for use in proactively identifying potential issues with the Services, to enhance the usability of the Services, and for other internal Cloudera purposes.

  • Upon CGSI’s acceptance of Ordering Activity’s Order Form or the Subscription Period start date indicated therein (whichever is later), CGSI will make the Cloudera Products available for download (or, in the case of any Cloudera Online Services, will make the services available to Ordering Activity through CGSIs web site).

  • Ordering Activity acknowledges that the Cloudera Software and the Cloudera Online Services contain a diagnostic functionality as its default configuration.

  • The Cloudera Data Platform Public Cloud Proof of Concept (“CDP Public Cloud POC”) is considered a Free Trial Services offering of Cloudera Online Services.

  • Upon Cloudera’s acceptance of Customer’s Order Form or the Subscription Period start date indicated therein (whichever is later), Cloudera will make the Cloudera Products available for download (or, in the case of any Cloudera Online Services, will make the services available to Customer through Cloudera’s web site).

  • As between the parties and subject to Section 2.1, Cloudera will own all right, title and interest in and to (i) the Cloudera Software, (ii) the Cloudera Open Source Distribution, (iii) the Cloudera Online Services; (iv) all modifications to and derivative works of the Cloudera Products made by Cloudera, and (v) any and all Intellectual Property Rights embodied in the foregoing.

  • Customer acknowledges that the Cloudera Software and the Cloudera Online Services contain a diagnostic functionality as its default configuration.

  • If you use the Cloudera Online Services, You will adhere to and agree to be bound by the Data Policy and the Privacy Policy, located at xxxx://xxx.xxxxxxxx.xxx/legal/policies.html, as such policies may be updated by Cloudera from time to time (the “Data Policy” and the “Privacy Policy,” respectively).

  • Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Cloudera grants You a non-­‐exclusive, non-­‐transferable, non-­‐sublicensable, revocable and limited license to access, use and reproduce (except as to the Cloudera Online Services) the Cloudera Products as identified in Your Order Form, for the duration of the Subscription Period, solely for Your internal purposes.

Related to Cloudera Online Services

  • Online Services means Microsoft-hosted services to which Customer subscribes under this Agreement. It does not include software and services provided under separate license terms.

  • Cloud Services means SAP’s then-current cloud services offered under and described in detail in the applicable SAP PartnerEdge Model.

  • Mobile Services means the mobile telecommunications service which we provide you under Part D and as specified in your Application.

  • Homemaker services means the professionally directed or supervised simple household maintenance or management services provided by trained homemakers or individuals to families in their own homes.

  • Network Services means the equipment, software, and services necessary to transmit voice, data, or video.

  • Company Services means any services (including but not limited to technical and product support, technical advice, underwriting and customer services) supplied by the Company or its Affiliates in the specialty property and/or casualty insurance business.

  • Broadband Services means Verizon's Fios or DSL-based Internet services (whichever applies). Verizon's DSL-based Internet service is also known as "High Speed Internet" ("HSI").

  • Wireless services means any services, provided using licensed or unlicensed spectrum, including the use of Wi-Fi, whether at a fixed location or mobile.

  • Hospice services means palliative and supportive care and other services provided by an interdisciplinary team under the direction of an identifiable hospice administration to terminally ill hospice patients and their families to meet the physical, nutritional, emotional, social, spiritual, and special needs experienced during the final stages of illness, dying, and bereavement, as defined in Minnesota Statutes, § 144A.75, subd. 8, and includes the set of services as determined by the Medicare program under §1861(dd) of the Social Security Act and defined in 42 CFR § 418.3.

  • Home health aide services means the personal care and maintenance activities provided to individuals for the purpose of promoting normal standards of health and hygiene.

  • Beta Services means Xxxxxx services or functionality that may be made available to Customer to try at its option at no additional charge which is clearly designated as beta, pilot, limited release, developer preview, non-production, evaluation, or by a similar description.

  • Customer Services means the call centre for dealing with queries about your Card. You can contact Customer Services by calling 01 693 3333, or contacting us directly.

  • BPO Services means Provider’s business process outsourcing services described in the applicable Solution Exhibit, whereby Provider assumes responsibility for Customers’ business processes.

  • Cemetery services means cremations, grave openings and closings, and installation of grave memorials.

  • Internet Services means the Services provided to you by us using broadband technology to enable you to gain access to the Internet and certain other Services whether by a personal computer, television or other device;

  • Pharmacy services means the practice of pharmacy as defined in chapter 18.64 RCW and includes any drugs or devices as defined in chapter 18.64 RCW.

  • Integrated Services Digital Network (ISDN means a switched network service that provides end-to-end digital connectivity for the simultaneous transmission of voice and data. Basic Rate Interface-ISDN (BRI-ISDN) provides for a digital transmission of two (2) 64 Kbps bearer channels and one (1) 16 Kbps data channel (2B+D).

  • Integrated Services Digital Network (ISDN) means a switched network service that provides end-to-end digital connectivity for the simultaneous transmission of voice and data. Basic Rate Interface-ISDN (BRI-ISDN) provides for a digital transmission of two 64 Kbps bearer channels and one 16 Kbps data channel (2B+D).

  • Voice Services means the telecommunications services to be provided to you under Part A and as specified in your Application.

  • Data Services The Customer will receive a discount equal to 25% for the following Data Services: Access: Standard VBS2 Guide local loop charges for DS-1 Access and DS-3 Access Service.
