Club Fee definition

Club Fee means that portion of the Club Dues consisting of the fee that must be paid by every Member as described in Article VI of these Articles.
Club Fee means the annual fee payable by each Member in accordance with Clause 24.3 of this Deed;
Club Fee means those fees payable by members in order to retain membership of WA Squash as deemed by the Board as referred to in item 7.0.

  • The Merchant Club Fee is a monthly fee for services associated with POS equipment maintenance and customer support as outlined in Paragraph 21 below.

  • In the event of any loss or damage by a Member through the use of The Club, any liability of The Club, The Club Operating Company or its respective officers, directors, shareholders, manager(s), member(s) or employees, for such loss or damage will be limited to the amount of the Club Fee paid by the Member for the Use Year in which the loss occurred.

  • These fees will cover any expenses associated with the operation of The Club which are not covered in the Club Fee or the Property and Services Fee.

  • Depending on the number of Qualifying Interests a Deeded Member assigns to The Club, such Deeded Member may be required to pay the Club Fee on a scaled (e.g. per Point) basis and shall also satisfy each other obligation of membership required on the basis of a separate obligation per separate Qualifying Interest.

  • This fee shall enable The Club Operating Company to operate efficiently and, in the event that the Club Fee is insufficient, The Club Operating Company shall be authorized to send additional or supplemental billings.

Related to Club Fee

  • Funding Fee has the meaning set forth in Section 2.04(b).

  • Hire Fee the hire fee specified in Item 13.

  • L/C Fee has the meaning specified in Section 2.03(i).

  • Break Fee means an amount to compensate a Proponent for some of the costs the Proponent had incurred in developing and submitting a Proposal in the event that the RFP Process is cancelled, as determined by the Sponsors in accordance with RFP Section 10.3.3;

  • Loan Fee shall have the meaning assigned in Section 5.1.

  • Tuition Fee means the basic tuition fee applicable to specific programmes and shall include auxiliary fees which are for required instruction but shall exclude any other fees such as international student differential fees, co-op fees, and student union fees.

  • Rental Fee A fee charged by the Contractor for the rental of a compactor or roll-off container.

  • Facing Fee shall have the meaning provided in Section 3.01(c).

  • Origination Fee means any origination fee payable to the Department by the lender with respect to any Trust Student Loan.

  • Target fee, as used in this contract, means the fee initially negotiated on the assumption that this contract would be performed for a cost equal to the estimated cost initially negotiated, adjusted in accordance with paragraph (d) of this clause.

  • Base Servicing Fee means the fee payable to the Servicer on each Distribution Date for services rendered during the related Collection Period, which shall be equal to one-twelfth of the Servicing Rate multiplied by the Pool Balance as of the close of business on the last day of the immediately preceding Collection Period or, with respect to the first Distribution Date, the Original Pool Balance.

  • Carriage Fee means any fee payable by a Broadcaster to the DPO only for the purpose of carrying its television channels through the DPO’s network, without, specifying the placement of such channels onto a specific position in the Electronic Programme Guide or, seeking assignment of a particular number to such channels;

  • Monthly Fee means the total consideration, including but not limited to, equipment or locker rental,

  • Reservation Fee means the fee set forth in the applicable Program Guide, relating to the aggregate principal amount of the particular Mortgage Loans which the Participant has committed to originate and sell to the Servicer (which is not applicable to MCC stand-alone product) pursuant to a Reservation Request, payable contemporaneously with the submission of the corresponding application package, all in accordance with the procedures set forth in the applicable Program Guide.

  • LPMI Fee With respect to each LPMI Loan, the portion of the Mortgage Interest Rate as set forth on the related Mortgage Loan Schedule (which shall be payable solely from the interest portion of Monthly Payments, Insurance Proceeds, Condemnation Proceeds or Liquidation Proceeds), which, during such period prior to the required cancellation of the LPMI Policy, shall be used to pay the premium due on the related LPMI Policy.

  • Standby Fee With respect to each Mortgage Loan and each REO Loan, the fee designated as such and payable to the Special Servicer pursuant to the second paragraph of Section 3.11(c).

  • Membership Fee means the membership fee which the Core Member (or, in case of juvenile, through his or her legal parent or legal guardian) shall remit to the Company for enrollment of the Membership, which is to be discussed more particularly in detail under Clause 5.1.

  • Booking Fee is the fee an Agency charges for scheduling Sign Language Interpreters.
