CMBI Group definition

CMBI Group means you, your subsidiary, ultimate holding company, holding company and fellow subsidiary of such holding company, including but not limited to CMB International Capital Limited, CMB International Securities Limited, CMB International Asset Management Limited, CMB International Securities Limited, and “CMBI Group Member” means each or any one of them;

Examples of CMBI Group in a sentence

  • Insofar as any of the liabilities to you or any CMBI Group Member are contingent or future, your liability to us to make payment of any sums standing to the credit of any such accounts will to the extent necessary to cover such sums be suspended until the happening of the contingency or future event.

  • In addition to any general lien or similar right to which you may be entitled at law, you may, at any time and without prior notice, set off or transfer any monies standing to the credit of the Account or my account with any CMBI Group Member of whatever description and in whatever currency and whether held singly or jointly with others towards discharge of all my liabilities to you or any CMBI Group Member whether such liabilities be primary, collateral, several, joint or in other currencies.

  • Under and in accordance with the terms of the Ordinance, you have the right to request access to and correction of information about you held by the CMBI Group.

  • You also understand that a request for the personal data on any request form or otherwise shall oblige you to complete the same, and any failure so to do may result in the CMBI Group being unable to provide services to you.

  • You understand that a fee shall be charged by the CMBI Group for any such request.

  • The Company shall be entitled to transfer all securities or securities collateral held in any Account to any other Account held with the Company, including without limitation transfer any securities or securities collateral between my respective Account held with the Company and other CMBI Group Member, in order to satisfy my settlement obligations and other liabilities.

  • The existing language has recently been interpreted by some councilors to mean that any creation of a shadow or blocked view could be considered an adverse effect, as recently suggested during a special permit review.

  • The Company shall be entitled to transfer all monies held in any Account to any other Account held with the Company, including without limitation transfer any monies between my respective Account held with the Company and other CMBI Group Member, in order to satisfy my settlement obligations and other liabilities.

Related to CMBI Group

  • SAP Group means SAP Parent and any of its Associated Companies.

  • SpinCo Group means (a) prior to the Effective Time, SpinCo and each Person that will be a Subsidiary of SpinCo as of immediately after the Effective Time, including the Transferred Entities, even if, prior to the Effective Time, such Person is not a Subsidiary of SpinCo; and (b) on and after the Effective Time, SpinCo and each Person that is a Subsidiary of SpinCo.

  • Seller’s Group means the Seller and any company which is, on or after the date of this Agreement, a subsidiary or holding company of the Seller or a subsidiary of a holding company of the Seller, and excludes, for the avoidance of doubt, any Group Company, and "Seller's Group Company" shall be construed accordingly.

  • Remainco Group means RemainCo and its Subsidiaries, other than the SpinCo Group.

  • Xxxx Group means collectively Xxxx Capital Fund V, L.P., Xxxx Capital Fund V-B, L.P., BCIP Associates, BCIP Trust Associates, L.P. and Xxxxxxxx Street Partners.

  • Seller Group means, at any time, the group of companies comprised of Xxxxx Fargo & Company and its subsidiaries at that time.

  • Xxxxx Group means Xxxxx and any Affiliate of Xxxxx.

  • Parent Group has the meaning set forth in Section 8.03(c).

  • DBS Group means DBS Bank Ltd, its subsidiaries, affiliates, branches and related companies.

  • SpinCo shall have the meaning set forth in the Preamble.

  • SpinCo Entities means the entities, the equity, partnership, membership, limited liability, joint venture or similar interests of which are set forth on Schedule IV under the caption “Joint Ventures and Minority Investments.”

  • Transferred Entities means the entities set forth on Schedule 1.9.

  • Combined Group means a group of corporations or other entities that files a Combined Return.

  • Retained Group means the Seller, its subsidiaries and subsidiary undertakings from time to time, any holding company of the Seller and all other subsidiaries or subsidiary undertakings of any such holding company (except members of the Group);

  • Target Group means the Target and its Subsidiaries.

  • Purchaser’s Group means the Purchaser and its Affiliates from time to time;

  • Promoter Group means such persons and entities constituting the promoter group as per Regulation 2(1)(pp) of the SEBI ICDR Regulations.

  • Buyer’s Group means the Buyer and any other company which is or becomes a subsidiary or holding company of the Buyer or a subsidiary of such holding company;

  • Spinco Subsidiaries means all direct and indirect Subsidiaries of Spinco immediately following the Contribution.

  • Related Group For Loan Group 1, Group 1 and for Loan Group 2, Group 2.

  • Acquired Companies means, collectively, the Company and the Company Subsidiaries.

  • Xxxxxx Group shall have the meaning set forth in Section 9.2(b) hereof.

  • Tax Group has the meaning set forth in Section 7.06(h)(iii).

  • Target Companies means the Target and its Subsidiaries.

  • Customer Group means Customer and any of its Affiliates;

  • Seller Group Member means (a) Seller and its Affiliates, (b) directors, officers and employees of Seller and its Affiliates and (c) the successors and assigns of the foregoing.
