CME Support Entitlement definition

CME Support Entitlement means the amount of funding support for CME that a Doctor is entitled to in a Financial Year, calculated in accordance with subclause 41.1(a) (for a Full-time Doctor) or subclause 41.1(c) (for a Fractional Doctor).

Examples of CME Support Entitlement in a sentence

  • There will be no transfer of any unused CME Support Entitlement between Health Services.

  • A Doctor will not be entitled to payout of any unused CME Support Entitlement under this clause upon retirement, resignation, redundancy or dismissal.

  • For the avoidance of doubt, this means that during the subsequent financial year, the Doctor is able to utilise their CME Support Entitlement for that financial year combined with any amount carried over from the previous financial year.

  • If as at 30 June of the applicable financial year the Doctor has not utilised some or all of their CME Support Entitlement for that financial year, the Doctor may carry-over the unused component of their CME Support Entitlement from that financial year into the following financial year.

  • The Doctor’s annual CME Support Entitlement is not pro-rated for the length of time at the new hours.

  • In January, the Doctor varied their contract to become a Fractional Doctor at 0.5EFT, which reduced the Doctor’s CME Support Entitlement to below that which was incurred in the previous July.

  • Can the Health Service require the Doctor to repay the difference between what was incurred when the Doctor was Full-Time and the Doctor’s subsequent CME Support Entitlement after changing to 0.5EFT.

  • First Level Support means any support relating to calls from Customer’s customers, end users or affiliates or general resolution of user errors, network errors, provisioning errors or Internet delays or malfunctions.

  • Child support order means a support order for a child, including a child who has attained the age of majority under the law of the issuing state or foreign country.

  • SAP Support means SAP's then current support offering made available to Customer, as stated in the Order Form.

  • Medical Child Support Order means any judgment, decree or order (including approval of a domestic relations settlement agreement) issued by a court of competent jurisdiction that:

  • Financial Support Direction means a financial support direction issued by the Pensions Regulator under section 43 of the Pensions Xxx 0000.

  • Cloud BPO Support means the then-current technical support services SAP provides to Provider for the SAP Cloud Services as described in the Cloud BPO Schedule.

  • Level 1 Support means qualifying and logging all Technical Support Incidents, answering technical inquiries via telephone support and email regarding the Work and performing limited diagnostic services.

  • Spousal support order means a support order for a spouse or former spouse of the obligor.

  • Customer Support means the services by which 21Vianet may provide assistance to Customer to resolve issues with the Services.

  • Qualified Medical Child Support Order means a Medical Child Support Order which creates (including assignment of rights) or recognizes an Alternate Recipient's right to receive benefits to which a Participant or Qualified Beneficiary is eligible under this Plan, and has been determined by the Plan Administrator to meet the qualification requirements as outlined under “Procedures” of this provision.

  • Child support means that part of a Child Restraint System by which the child can be raised within the Child Restraint System.

  • Cash medical support means an obligation to equally share all reasonable and necessary medical and dental expenses of children.

  • Foreign support order means a support order of a foreign tribunal.

  • Level 2 Support means, with the use of technical support specialists: (i) performing Defect isolation, Defect replication and interoperability testing; (ii) performing remote diagnostic services and on-site troubleshooting, if required; (iii) identifying the source of Defects; (iv) developing a reproducible test case for any Defect and documenting the details of such Defect for escalation to Level 3 Support; and (v) developing and implementing Workarounds where reasonably possible.

  • Helpdesk Support means the 24x7x365 centre which shall handle Fault reporting, Trouble Ticketing and related enquiries during this contract.

  • Support order means a judgment, decree, order, decision, or directive, whether temporary, final, or subject to modification, issued in a state or foreign country for the benefit of a child, a spouse, or a former spouse, which provides for monetary support, health care, arrearages, retroactive support, or reimbursement for financial assistance provided to an individual obligee in place of child support. The term may include related costs and fees, interest, income withholding, automatic adjustment, reasonable attorney's fees, and other relief.

  • Collateral Support means all property (real or personal) assigned, hypothecated or otherwise securing any Collateral and shall include any security agreement or other agreement granting a lien or security interest in such real or personal property.

  • Individual Support Plan means a document in writing (as amended from time to time) between You and a Service User, their family, guardian, advocate or financial manager about the disability services to be delivered to the Service User and how those services will be delivered to meet the Service User’s identified goals;

  • Individual Support Plan (ISP means the written details of the supports, activities, and resources required for an individual to achieve personal goals. The Individual Support Plan is developed at minimum annually to reflect decisions and agreements made during a person- centered process of planning and information gathering. The Individual Support Plan is the individual's plan of care for Medicaid purposes.

  • Airport Ground Support Equipment means vehicles and equipment used at an airport to service aircraft between flights.

  • Pharmacy support person means a person, other than a licensed pharmacist, a registered pharmacist-intern, or a registered pharmacy technician, who may perform nontechnical duties assigned by a supervising pharmacist under the pharmacist’s responsibility and supervision.

  • Technical Support means the technical assistance for attempting resolution of a reported Case through error correction, patches, hot fixes, workarounds, replacement deliveries, or any other type of Product corrections or modifications.

  • Natural Supports or "Natural Support System" means resources and supports (e.g. relatives, friends, neighbors, significant others, roommates, or the community) who are willing to voluntarily provide services to an individual without the expectation of compensation. Natural supports are identified in collaboration with the individual and the potential "natural support". The natural support is required to have the skills, knowledge, and ability to provide the needed services and supports.

  • Child support services means any civil, criminal or administrative action taken by the Division of

  • Credit Enhancement Agreement means the Agreement among the Sellers, the Master Servicer, the Trustee and the Credit Enhancement Provider with respect to the Credit Enhancement.
