Examples of CO2 budget source in a sentence

  • Any provision of the CO2 Budget Trading Program that applies to a CO2 budget source (including a provision applicable to the CO2 authorized account representative of a CO2 budget source) shall also apply to the owners and operators of such source and of the CO2 budget units at the source.

  • For each control period in which a CO2 budget source is subject to the CO2 requirements of subdivision 242-1.5(c) of this Part, CO2 authorized account representative of the source shall submit to the department by March 1st following the relevant control period, a compliance certification report.
