CO2 Facility definition

CO2 Facility means the facilities owned and operated by Company for the production of CO2 delivered hereunder.
CO2 Facility shall have the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 6.03.
CO2 Facility means all surface and subsurface infrastructure including wellhead equipment, downhole well equipment, compression facilities and CO2 flow lines from injection facilities to wells within the geological storage unit, monitoring instrumentation, injection equipment, and offices. CO2 facility does not include the main transportation pipeline to the geological storage unit and pump stations along that pipeline.

  • The Company will work in good faith with Cambridge to ensure CO2 delivered hereunder conforms to the specification to be developed following Cambridge discussions with oil field production companies for use in EOR, which will use the CO2 produced at the CO2 Facility, or as required by regulation, as the case may be.
