Coastal land definition

Coastal land means all lands and the resources thereon, therein, and thereunder located within the territorial jurisdiction of the CRM program, as specified by 2 CMC§ 1513.
Coastal land means any lands and waters defined as a coastal area in title 22a, chapter 444 of the Connecticut General Statutes;
