Health and Safety Executive definition

Health and Safety Executive means the body so named and established and constituted pursuant to section 10 of the Health and Safety at Work Act 1974:
Health and Safety Executive means the UK government agency responsible for the encouragement, regulation and enforcement of workplace health, safety and welfare.
Health and Safety Executive means the Health and Safety Executive for Great Britain, The Health and Safety Executive for Northern Ireland, or the Republic of Ireland’s Health and Safety Authority.
