Collaborating Organisation definition

Collaborating Organisation means an organisation that contributes to the Grant Activities and, where the context permits, includes its employees, advisers, officers, agents, students and contractors. Commercialise includes, without limitation:
Collaborating Organisation means the party or parties with contact details specified in the Agreement Details and/or Schedule 1.

Examples of Collaborating Organisation in a sentence

  • Except as otherwise provided in clause 3.5, each Collaborating Organisation agrees to pay all taxes, duties and government charges imposed or levied in Australia or overseas in connection with its performance of this Agreement.

  • Ensure that the placement student is informed of, trained in, and complies fully with the health and safety measures established for the placement by the Collaborating Organisation.

  • Each Collaborating Organisation agrees not to do or omit to do anything that may cause the Administering Organisation to be in breach of the Administering Organisation’s obligations under the Grant Agreement and Grant Guidelines.

  • In the event that the Lead Party or Funding Body has reasonable grounds, in its own discretion, to believe that a Collaborating Organisation may have violated any provision of this paragraph, that Collaborating Organisation agrees to provide the Lead Party or Funding Body with reasonable access to books, records, documents, or other files relating to any such possible violation.

  • Where the placement completed results in a product subject to intellectual property rights, unless specifically agreed between the different parties (University, Student and the Collaborating Organisation), the provisions of current legislation will apply.

  • Given the exclusively educational nature of these external placements, it would be in violation of existing laws were any commercial, civil, or employment contracts to be established between the Collaborating Organisation and the student.

  • Where a placement involves a financial endowment in the form of a scholarship or study grant, the payment of the same will correspond, in general, to the Collaborating Organisation, unless otherwise agreed in the relevant grant scheme or placement program.

  • The Collaborating Organisation must pay Macquarie’s tax invoice within 30 days of the date on which Macquarie submits the invoice.

  • Both the Collaborating Organisation and the University of ▇▇▇▇ will each appoint a tutor responsible for the student on placement to act, respectively, as the student’s professional tutor and their academic tutor.
