Collaborating School means the collaborating school named in the Proposal.

  • To the extent that any outstanding indebtedness attributable to the Joint Elementary School remains or becomes known after December 31, 2016, even after the distribution of the remaining fund balance, the Intermediate District shall invoice each Collaborating School District, according to the same pro rata percentage share agreed upon by the Collaborating School Districts, for any such outstanding indebtedness of any kind.
