Collaboration Tangible Research Product means any composition of matter or other tangible asset, including but not limited to compounds, natural products or fermentation broths and/or extracts or fractions thereof, immunoglobulin molecules, including active fragments thereof and monoclonal antibodies, cells and cell lines, DNA and RNA molecules, plasmids, proteins, peptides, receptors, receptor fragments, research tools, materials for use in screening methods and techniques, made or synthesized by either Party in the course of Research, or acquired by ADDEX in the course of the Research with funds provided by OMP under Article 2.4 as mutually agreed.
