Collateral Servicer definition

Collateral Servicer has the meaning specified in the Collateral Agency Agreement.
Collateral Servicer means Corporation Service Company or such other third party collateral servicer or subagent acceptable to Agent.
Collateral Servicer means Iron Mountain Information Management, Inc., or such other custodian as Agent may select in its sole discretion.

  • With respect to any Additional Collateral Mortgage Loan, the Additional Collateral Servicer shall cause to be filed in the appropriate recording office a Form UCC-3 giving notice of the assignment of the related security interest to the Trust Fund and shall thereafter cause the timely filing of all necessary continuation statements with regard to such financing statements.

  • The Purchaser shall execute such notice if requested by the Additional Collateral Servicer.

  • If a Required Surety Payment is payable pursuant to the Limited Purpose Surety Bond with respect to any Additional Collateral Mortgage Loans, as determined by the Master Servicer and the Additional Collateral Servicer, the Master Servicer shall so notify the Trustee as soon as reasonably practicable and the Trustee shall promptly complete the notice in the form of Attachment 1 to the Limited Purpose Surety Bond and shall promptly submit such notice to the surety as a claim for a Required Surety Payment.

Related to Collateral Servicer

  • Collateral Servicing Fee shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.01.

  • Servicer means the Master Servicer or the Special Servicer, as the context may require.

  • Special Servicer means the applicable special servicer with respect to the Mortgage Loan appointed as provided in the Lead Securitization Servicing Agreement.

  • Master Servicer means the master servicer appointed as provided in the Lead Securitization Servicing Agreement.

  • Interim Servicer The servicer under the Interim Servicing Agreement, or its successor in interest, or any successor to the Interim Servicer under the Interim Servicing Agreement, as therein provided.

  • Servicing Agent means, with respect to an eNote, the field entitled, “Servicing Agent” in the MERS eRegistry.

  • Subservicer means any Person that services Receivables on behalf of the Servicer or any Subservicer and is responsible for the performance (whether directly or through Subservicers or Subcontractors) of a substantial portion of the material servicing functions required to be performed by the Servicer under this Agreement that are identified in Item 1122(d) of Regulation AB.

  • Primary Servicer Prudential Asset Resources, Inc., or any successor thereto (as primary servicer) appointed as provided in the Primary Servicing Agreement.

  • Servicer Mortgage Loan File As defined in each of the Servicing Agreements.

  • CMSA Special Servicer Loan File format substantially in the form of and containing the information called for therein for the Mortgage Loans, or such other form for the presentation of such information as may be approved from time to time by the CMSA for commercial mortgage securities transactions generally and, insofar as it requires the presentation of information in addition to that called for by the form of the "CMSA Special Servicer Loan File" available as of the Closing Date on the CMSA website, is reasonably acceptable to the Special Servicer.

  • Mortgage Loan Seller Sub-Servicer A Sub-Servicer required to be retained by the Master Servicer by a Mortgage Loan Seller, as listed on Exhibit S to this Agreement, or any successor thereto.

  • Servicer Custodial Account The separate Eligible Account or Accounts created and maintained by the Servicer pursuant to Section 3.08(b).

  • Sub-Servicer Any Person with which the Master Servicer has entered into a Sub-Servicing Agreement and which meets the qualifications of a Sub-Servicer pursuant to Section 3.02.

  • CREFC® Special Servicer Loan File The data file in the “CREFC® Special Servicer Loan File” format substantially in the form of and containing the information called for therein for the Mortgage Loans, or such other form for the presentation of such information as may be approved from time to time by the CREFC® for commercial mortgage securities transactions generally.

  • Lead Securitization Servicing Agreement means (i) the pooling and servicing agreement or other comparable agreement related to the Lead Securitization, and (ii) on and after the date on which the Mortgage Loan is no longer subject to the provisions of the Lead Securitization Servicing Agreement, the “Lead Securitization Servicing Agreement” shall be determined in accordance with the second paragraph of Section 2(a).

  • Note A-4 Master Servicer means the master servicer under the Note A-4 PSA.

  • Whole Loan Custodial Account means the “Whole Loan Custodial Account” established for the Mortgage Loan pursuant to the Lead Securitization Servicing Agreement.

  • Special Servicer Servicing Personnel The divisions and individuals of the Special Servicer who are involved in the performance of the duties of the Special Servicer under this Agreement.

  • Replacement Servicer has the meaning assigned to that term in Section 6.01(c).

  • Non-Lead Securitization Servicing Agreement shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 2(b).
