Collateral Terms definition

Collateral Terms means the terms and conditions of the Collateral in force as at the Issue Date and without reference to any subsequent amendment thereto.
Collateral Terms means the terms and conditions of the Loan as set out in the Facility Agreement in force as at the Issue Date and without reference to any subsequent amendment thereto.

  • Collateral Term Sheet and "Structural term sheet" shall have the respective meanings assigned to them in the February 13, 1995 letter (the "PSA Letter") of Cleary, Gottlieb, Steex & Xamixxxx xx behalf of the Public Securities Association (which letter, and the SEC staff's response thereto, were publicly available February 17, 1995). The term "Collateral term sheet" as used herein includes any subsequent Collateral term sheet that reflects a substantive change in the information presented.   • Collateral Value The appraised value of a Mortgaged Property based upon the lesser of (i) the appraisal (as reviewed and approved by the Seller) made at the time of the origination of the related Mortgage Loan, or (ii) the sales price of such Mortgaged Property at such time of origination. With respect to a Mortgage Loan the proceeds of which were used to refinance an existing mortgage loan, the appraised value of the Mortgaged Property based upon the appraisal (as reviewed and approved by the Seller) obtained at the time of refinancing.
