Collection Proceeds definition

Collection Proceeds means all funds and money collected from the Debtor, the Client or from any other obligated Person, or from the exercise of Enforcement Rights with respect to or in any way accruing from a Purchased Receivable.

Collection Proceeds means the proceeds of collection or realisation of book and other debts comprising any form of property, including without limitation cash, cheques, payment, money or credit orders, transfers or transmissions of any kind by any means, bills of exchange or promissory notes;
