Connection Services definition

Connection Services. , in respect of a connection, means the establishment and maintenance of that connection;
Connection Services means services provided by EPC to Customers, which will allow for the transport of Energy to the Customer’s facilities and includes, without limitation, Meter services, Meter data management and other related services as offered by EPC from time to time, as set out in these Terms and Conditions;
Connection Services means the services provided by LIGHTHUB to the City pursuant to this Service Contract whereby end users within the City have access to LIGHTHUB Improvements through which they may contract with private providers to receive the Cable Television Services and Public Telecommunication Services (as those terms are defined in the Telecommunications Act) provided through the Network. The term Connection Services includes Connection Services Capacity and is more particularly described in Exhibit A attached hereto and incorporated herein.

  • Connection Services will be remunerated for each new Participant Installation in an amount of [**] per connection as a one time charge.

  • If the Company and the Customer do not agree to such a variation in accordance with Clause 5 within ten (10) Working Days of the Company notifying the Customer of the need for such ancillary work then the Company shall be entitled to cease performance of the Connection Services that are affected by the subject matter of the proposed variation.


More Definitions of Connection Services

Connection Services means a service provided by TasNetworks to the Customer relating to: (a) a new connection between TasNetworks’ distribution system and the site; or (b) a connection alteration to an existing connection between TasNetworks’ distribution system and the site, as specified in Part 2 and Part 3.
Connection Services means all agreements, arrangements and services associated with the connection of a Unit to the IES to facilitate the delivery of Electricity and System Support Services from the Unit to the IES;
Connection Services in respect of a connection, means the establishment and maintenance of that connection; “contract maximum demand” in respect of a connection means the contract maximum demand (expressed in kW) specified in the access agreement in respect of the connection (if any);
Connection Services means the connection services described in Schedule 1 which the Customer requires the Company to undertake during the Service Period;
Connection Services has the same meaning as in the Transmission Regulations or the Distribution Regulations;
Connection Services means the services of establishing and maintaining connection between an electricity transmission system and another electrical system or electrical installation (including, without limitation, those services which are Connection Services for the purposes of the Tariff Order and the augmentation works specified in the table headed “Connection Works” in Part C of Attachment 5 to the Tariff Order);
Connection Services means the connection services to be provided by AusNet Services at the Connection Point in accordance with this Agreement.
