Connection Services definition

Connection Services. , in respect of a connection, means the establishment and maintenance of that connection;
Connection Services means services provided by EPC to Customers, which will allow for the transport of Energy to the Customer’s facilities and includes, without limitation, Meter services, Meter data management and other related services as offered by EPC from time to time, as set out in these Terms and Conditions;
Connection Services means the services provided by LIGHTHUB to the City pursuant to this Service Contract whereby end users within the City have access to LIGHTHUB Improvements through which they may contract with private providers to receive the Cable Television Services and Public Telecommunication Services (as those terms are defined in the Telecommunications Act) provided through the Network. The term Connection Services includes Connection Services Capacity and is more particularly described in Exhibit A attached hereto and incorporated herein.

Examples of Connection Services in a sentence

  • If the operational characteristics of the Point of Service change and subsequently a different rate is applicable, the Customer may be required to pay an additional Customer Contribution under the Terms and Conditions for Distribution Connection Services.

  • EDTI may, at its sole discretion and in addition to any other remedies available to it, terminate Distribution Tariff Services to the Retailer, if such Retailer does not pay all outstanding bills in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.EDTI reserves the right to bill the Customer directly for any amounts required to be provided by the Customer under the Terms and Conditions for Distribution Connection Services.

More Definitions of Connection Services

Connection Services in respect of a connection, means the establishment and maintenance of that connection; “contract maximum demand” in respect of a connection means the contract maximum demand (expressed in kW) specified in the access agreement in respect of the connection (if any);
Connection Services means a service provided by TasNetworks to the Customer relating to: (a) a new connection between TasNetworks’ distribution system and the site; or (b) a connection alteration to an existing connection between TasNetworks’ distribution system and the site, as specified in Part 2 and Part 3.
