College in the high school course definition

College in the high school course means a dual credit course provided on a high school campus or in a high school environ- ment in which an eligible student is given the opportunity to earn high school credit to be awarded by a district, charter school, or tribal compact school and college credit awarded by the participating institution of higher education by completing a college course with a passing grade. College in the high school courses may be either aca- demic or career and technical (vocational) education.

  • College means, as the case may be, the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario, the Royal College of Dental Surgeons of Ontario, the College of Midwives of Ontario and/or the College of Nurses of Ontario;

  • Third Party means a provider of digital educational software or services, including cloud- based services, for the digital storage, management, and retrieval of Education Records and/or Student Data, as that term is used in some state statutes. However, for the purpose of this DPA, the term “Third Party” when used to indicate the provider of digital educational software or services is replaced by the term “Provider.”

  • University means the university of Montana-Missoula.
