Collocation is an arrangement where CenturyLink provides space in CenturyLink Premises for the placement of CLEC's equipment to be used for the purpose of Interconnection or access to CenturyLink Unbundled Network Elements. "Collocation – Point of Interconnection" or "C-POI" is the point outside CenturyLink's Wire Center where CLEC's fiber facility meets CenturyLink's Fiber Entrance Facility, except where CLEC uses an Express Fiber Entrance Facility. In either case, CenturyLink will extend or run the Fiber Entrance Facility to CLEC's Collocation Space. "Commercial Mobile Radio Service" or "CMRS" is defined in 47 U.S.C. § 332 and FCC rules and orders interpreting that statute.
Collocate means to install or mount a Small Wireless Facility in the public right-of-way on an existing Support Structure, an existing Tower, or on an existing Pole to which a Small Wireless Facility is attached at the time of the application. “Collocation” has a corresponding meaning.
Garage shall have the meaning ascribed to it in Recital H;
The Site, where applicable, means the designated project place(s) named in the bidding document.
Bicycle lane means that portion of a roadway designated by signs and/or pavement markings for
Communications Equipment means the communications equipment of the Licensee and its affiliates, including, without limitation, cabinets, racks, electronic equipment and other similar equipment.
Resort Site means those parts of Burswood Island as are-
Overburden means any material of any nature, consolidated or unconsolidated, that overlies a mineral deposit, excluding topsoil or similar naturally occurring surface materials that are not disturbed by mining operations.
Work Site means the site where the Work is being performed.
Parking Facility means a parking area or structure having
Off-site means located outside the property boundary described in the permit application.
Host Site means the site at which the Site Host Load is consumed, including real property, facilities and equipment owned or operated by the Site Host or its Related Entities located at such site.
Offsite means located outside the lot lines of the lot in question
Parking None unreserved vehicle parking spaces ("UNRESERVED PARKING SPACES"); and None reserved vehicle parking spaces ("RESERVED PARKING SPACES"). (Also see Paragraph 2.6.)
Parking Facilities means parking lots or other off-street areas for the parking of vehicles, including areas below or above the surface of streets.
Easement Area means the area of the servient lot marked on the survey-strata plan as being subject to the relevant easement; and
stacked bicycle parking space means a horizontal bicycle parking space that is positioned above or below another bicycle parking space and equipped with a mechanical device providing floor level access to both bicycle parking spaces.
Project site, where applicable, means the place indicated in bidding documents.
Adjacent means either immediately contiguous to or abutting a neighboring property, lot or walkway, and excludes property, lots, or walkways across the street from, or diagonally opposite across an intersection from the subject property, lot, or walkway.
Parking Garage means a building or portion of a building, other than a private garage, that is used for the temporary parking of motor vehicles;
The Project Site, where applicable, means the place or places named in the SCC.
Areas means such areas within the DAS Areas that are identified in Annexure A annexed to this Agreement;
bicycle parking space – visitor means an area that is equipped with a bicycle rack for the purpose of parking and securing bicycles, and:
Project Site(s) means the place(s) specified in the SCC for the supply and installation of the System.
Telecommunications Equipment means equipment, other than Customer Premises Equipment, used by a Carrier to provide Telecommunications Services, and include software integral to such equipment, including upgrades.
Stand Alone System Upgrade Facilities means System Upgrade Facilities that a Developer may construct without affecting day-to-day operations of the New York State Transmission System during their construction. NYISO, the Connecting Transmission Owner and the Developer must agree as to what constitutes Stand Alone System Upgrade Facilities and identify them in Appendix A to this Agreement.
