Combined Sewer(s) definition

Combined Sewer(s) means pipes that collect and transmit both sanitary Sewage and other Sewage from residential, commercial, institutional and industrial buildings and facilities and Stormwater runoff through a single-pipe system, but does not include Nominally Separate Sewers.

Combined Sewer(s) means sewers receiving both surface runoff and sewage, are not permitted.

Combined Sewer(s) or “Combined Sewer” shall mean those portions of the Collection System that are designed to convey both sanitary wastewaters (domestic, commercial and industrial wastewaters) and stormwater through a single pipe to CSO outfalls and/or the Treatment Works.
