Comcast Services definition

Comcast Services means, collectively, the websites and Playback Applications, in each case, that (a) deliver video content to end users and (b) are primarily branded with a brand owned by Comcast or a Comcast Entity (e.g., Xfinity); provided, however, that Comcast Services may reference a third party brand that is providing its back end fulfillment services (e.g. “powered by [name of entity]”).

Examples of Comcast Services in a sentence

  • Comcast shall, and shall cause the Systems and Comcast Services, to the extent such System and/or Comcast Service is distributing any Included Programs pursuant to this Agreement, to put into place and comply with the Usage Rules.

  • If, for any reason, Comcast determines that any Included Program includes programming (including advertisements, promotional material, interactive applications and/or features) that deviates from the content limitations or any other provisions herein (a “Program Content Breach”), Comcast shall have the right, in its sole discretion and as its sole remedy, to discontinue exhibition and/or sale of the applicable Included Program on any or all Systems and/or any Comcast Services.

  • As a result, it must only be used for delivering Comcast Services.

  • If you cancel any of your Comcast Services, you must return all applicable equipment provided by Comcast and the failure to do so may result in additional fees being charged.

  • Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Newco shall continue to provide (or cause to be continued to be provided) to the Comcast Entities the services listed in Schedule C and Schedule D attached hereto (the “Newco Services”, and collectively with the Comcast Services and any Additional Services, the “Services”).

  • If you cancel this Agreement but retain any Comcast Services, you will lose the benefit of any discounts or Service prices associated with this Agreement and will be subject to other prices and terms, but will not be subject to an early termination fee.

  • If you cancel this Agreement and all Comcast Services, you will be subject to an early termination fee.

  • Comcast shall, and shall cause the Systems and Comcast Services, to the extent such System and/or Comcast Service is distributing any Included Programs pursuant to this Agreement, to put into place and comply with those usage rules attached hereto as Exhibit E.

  • The budget reflects TIDA’s recent integration with the Department of Technology‘s contract with Comcast Services and other IT services in lieu of directly contracting with those entities.

  • water services means water supply services and sanitation services;

  • Storage Services means any Services which offer you storage capacity on the network for storage of content which you access from us.

  • Wireless services means any services, provided using licensed or unlicensed spectrum, including the use of Wi-Fi, whether at a fixed location or mobile.

  • Direct services means special education services provided by a special education teacher when the services are related to instruction, including cooperative teaching.

  • Information Services means the Municipal Securities Rulemaking Board’s Electronic Municipal Market Access System; or, such other services providing information with respect to called municipal obligations as the District may specify in writing to the Paying Agent or as the Paying Agent may select.

  • Support Services means support in relation to the use of, and the identification and resolution of errors in, the Hosted Services, but shall not include the provision of training services;
