Commercial Areas definition

Commercial Areas means any area proposed to be developed with buildings or structures other than a family dwelling.
Commercial Areas means Parking spaces on different floors, spaces for restaurants, shops, dormitories, multipurpose hall(s), terrace, etc. as shown in the Schedule A within Project Facility which the Operator shall utilize for commercial purposes (including its maintenance and management) to generate revenue;

Commercial Areas means those portions of the Former Streets designated for pushcarts or other mobile vending activities and unenclosed sidewalk cafes as shown on the map forming a part of Exhibit C-1 hereto.

Commercial Areas means the commercial areas to be constructed within the Hospital fully to implement any Planning Approval and, for the avoidance of doubt, shall consist of the retail/financial services units to be let by the Trust to commercial third parties from time to time and shall be the internal, non-structural parts thereof. The exact extent of the commercial areas shall be determined by reference to the as- built drawings.
