Loading and Unloading Space definition

Loading and Unloading Space means any space along the periphery of a commercial building, except the front, and on the same property with the main building, designed and intended for unloading or loading goods destined from or to the place of business.

Loading and Unloading Space means a loading and unloading bay or space of the Residential Accommodation as required under Special Condition No. (25)(a) of the Conditions, which forms part of the Residential Common Areas and Facilities; “Lot” means all that piece or parcel of ground registered in the Land Registry as Tai Po Town Lot No. 225 including any future extension(s) thereto; “Maintenance Manual for the Works and Installations” mean the maintenance manual for the Works and Installations as mentioned in Clause 74 of Section X as may from time to time be amended or revised in accordance with the provisions of this Deed;
