Loading and Unloading Space definition

Loading and Unloading Space means the loading and unloading space on the Ground Floor of the Development provided in accordance with Clause (18)(a) of the Government Grant for the loading and unloading of goods vehicles in connection with the Development, which is for identification purpose only shown and coloured Yellow and marked “L/UL” on the Ground Floor Plan certified as to its accuracy by the Authorized Person and annexed hereto;
Loading and Unloading Space means any space along the periphery of a commercial building, except the front, and on the same property with the main building, designed and intended for unloading or loading goods destined from or to the place of business.
Loading and Unloading Space means a loading and unloading bay or space of the Residential Accommodation as required under Special Condition No. (25)(a) of the Conditions, which forms part of the Residential Common Areas and Facilities; means all that piece or parcel of ground registered in the Land Registry as Tai Po Town Lot No. 225 including any future extension(s) thereto; mean the maintenance manual for the Works and Installations as mentioned in Clause 74 of Section X as may from time to time be amended or revised in accordance with the provisions of this Deed;

  • Loading Space means an off-street space or berth on the same lot or parcel with a building or use, or contiguous to a group of buildings or uses, for the temporary parking of a vehicle while loading or unloading persons, merchandise or materials, and which space or berth abuts on a street, alley or other appropriate means of access.

  • Parking Spaces means spaces in or portion of the Ground Floor of the Building and also open spaces at the ground level of the said premises as expressed or intended by the Developer, at their sole discretion, for parking of motor cars/two wheelers etc.

  • bicycle parking space – visitor means an area that is equipped with a bicycle rack for the purpose of parking and securing bicycles, and:

  • Storage Space means a space where goods of non-hazardous nature are stored and includes cold storage and banking safe vaults;

  • stacked bicycle parking space means a horizontal bicycle parking space that is positioned above or below another bicycle parking space and equipped with a mechanical device providing floor level access to both bicycle parking spaces.

  • Parking Space The County shall attempt to provide adequate free parking facilities for employees within a reasonable distance of their work locations.
