Knock through the following existing structural elements to form openings for new area(s), including the removal of existing windows/window frames, doors and doorframes, as specified in drawings. Existing Kitchen to Reception 2. Flank wall to Kitchen. Living room to new built area. Rear wall to Bedroom 3. Take down existing external chimney breast and make good. Pitched Roof: Install pitched roofs, as per drawings (roof tiles to match existing as close as possible).

A key for the windows shall be provided.
