Commercial Complex definition

Commercial Complex means a building or buildings on a property or adjoining properties, under one ownership or under the ownership of a condominium corporation, containing one or more commercial businesses and which may include, in addition, residential uses.
Commercial Complex means two or more Commercial Uses on a single Lot or adjacent Lots which are dependent upon each other to meet minimum standards for parking, vehicular circulation, or Landscaping or which are approved as elements in an overall Site Plan under a Conditional Use or Subdivision application.
Commercial Complex means any proposed or existing non-residential development in which one or more businesses are conducted of the type falling within Standard Industrial Classifications 501 through 999 as set forth in the current edition of the Standard Industrial Classification Manual prepared by the Office of Management and Budget of the Executive Office of the President of the United States.
