Commercial customer premises definition

Commercial customer premises means any premises at which a customer carries on any major activity of gaining a livelihood or performing a public service. Such activity may be of a business, industrial, professional, or public nature.

  • Customer Premises means premises owned, controlled or occupied by the Customer which are made available for use by the Supplier or its Sub-Contractors for provision of the Services (or any of them);

  • Premises means the location where the Services are to be supplied, as set out in the Specification.

  • Covered Building Service Contract means a contract or subcontract to provide Building Services to the City of Cambridge or any of its departments or subdivisions.
