Commercial Operations Period definition

Commercial Operations Period means for the Project, the period of time between its 1st day of 1st contract year and the last day of the Term.

  • Commercial Operation Date means the date on which a Material Project is substantially complete and commercially operable.

  • Exploration Period means the period mentioned in Article 3 during which Exploration Operations may be carried out by the Contractor as provided in Article 3 hereof.
