Commercial Parking Facility definition

Commercial Parking Facility means a parking facility owned or operated by a commercial entity whose primary business is the operation of a parking facility and at which there are at least five (5) Commercial Parking Spaces.
Commercial Parking Facility means an area, other than a street or lane, used for the parking of motor vehicles and available for public and/or private use whether or not for compensation but not including parking accessory to an on-site use. For the purposes of this By-law, if the only use of a Lot is a parking facility then in such case parking spaces may be designed to include the use of stacked or valet arrangements.
