Commercial Policy definition

Commercial Policy means the SELLER’s policy, which specifies the procedure of selection of the SELLER’s potential distributors and cooperation with the SELLER’s existing distributors. The Commercial Policy shall be considered as obligatory for the SELLER and the DISTRIBUTOR. The Policy in its current edition shall be published on the SELLER’s official website at xxx.xxxxx.xx and be publicly available for all interested parties and is Appendix 14 to this Agreement. The SELLER is entitled to unilaterally and without judicial procedures introduce the amendments and/or additions in the Commercial Policy by publishing such amendments and/or additions (amended and/or supplemented edition of the Commercial Policy) on the SELLER’s website (the above clause is not applicable to DISTRIBUTORS purchased and further distributed Products of the Consumer Healthcare Department only (i.e. to DISTRIBUTORS which do not purchase and further distribute Products of the Specialty Care Department in whole or in part)). «Коммерческая политика» означает политику ПРОДАВЦА, регламентирующую порядок выбора потенциальных дистрибьюторов и взаимодействия с действующими дистрибьюторами ПРОДАВЦА. Commercial Policy means policies and plans in relation to SMP Products or, in the case of section 8.6, relating to products and services described in section 6.1.2, and which relate to any or all of the following in relation thereto:-
Commercial Policy. A policy which sets forth the terms and conditions governing the relationship between Health Plan and policy holder for the provision of Covered Services to Commercial Members. Commercial Members are those individuals and groups insured by the Health Plan under a group or individual policy.

Related to Commercial Policy

  • Insurance Affordability Program means a program that is one of the following:

  • Environmental Policy means to conserve energy, water, wood, paper and other resources, reduce waste and phase out the use of ozone depleting substances and minimise the release of greenhouse gases, volatile organic compounds and other substances damaging to health and the environment, including any written environmental policy of the Customer;

  • Flood Insurance means the insurance coverage provided under the National Flood Insurance Program.

  • Policy Statement means a written description of the current approach of an agency, entitled a policy statement by the agency head or its designee, to implementation of a statute or other provision of law, of a court decision, or of an agency order, including where appropriate the agency's current practice, procedure, or method of action based upon that approach.

  • Business Travel Policy means our business travel policy. A copy of our current Business Travel Policy is attached as Schedule 1 to Exhibit B.

  • FHA Insurance means the Federal mortgage insurance authorized pursuant to Section 220, 221(d)(3), 221 (d)(4) or 223(f) of Title II of the National Housing Act of 1934, as amended.

  • Flood Insurance Study means the official report provided by the Federal Insurance Administration that includes flood profiles, the Flood Insurance Rate Map, the Flood Boundary and Floodway Map, and the water surface elevation of the base flood.

  • Flood Insurance Regulations means (a) the National Flood Insurance Act of 1968 as now or hereafter in effect or any successor statute thereto, (b) the Flood Disaster Protection Act of 1973 as now or hereafter in effect or any successor statute thereto, (c) the National Flood Insurance Reform Act of 1994 (amending 42 USC § 4001, et seq.), as the same may be amended or recodified from time to time, and (d) the Flood Insurance Reform Act of 2004 and any regulations promulgated thereunder.

  • Commercial plan means a subcontracting plan (including goals) that covers the offeror’s fiscal year and that applies to the entire production of commercial items sold by either the entire company or a portion thereof (e.g., division, plant, or product line).

  • Flood Insurance Study (FIS means an examination, evaluation, and determination of flood hazards, corresponding water surface elevations (if appropriate), flood hazard risk zones, and other flood data in a community issued by the FEMA. The Flood Insurance Study report includes Flood Insurance Rate Maps (FIRMs) and Flood Boundary and Floodway Maps (FBFMs), if published.

  • Commercial sex act means any sex act on account of which anything of value is given to or received by any person.

  • CREFC® Significant Insurance Event Template A report substantially in the form of, and containing the information called for in, the downloadable form of the “Interest Significant Insurance Event Template” available as of the Closing Date on the CREFC® Website, or such other form for the presentation of such information and containing such additional information as may from time to time be approved by the CREFC® for commercial mortgage securities transactions generally.

  • Group long-term care insurance means a long-term care insurance policy which is delivered or issued for delivery in this State and issued to:

  • Commercial Services means any waste management service, relating or connected to accumulating, collecting, managing, recycling, sorting, storing, treating, transporting, disposing, buying or selling of waste or any other manner of handling waste excluding services rendered by the municipality;

  • Flood Insurance Rate Map means the most recent flood hazard map published by the Federal Emergency Management Agency under the National Flood Insurance Act of 1968 (42 U.S.C. Section 4001 et seq.).

  • Tail Policy has the meaning set forth in Section 6.18(b).

  • Commercial Service means service to Customers engaged primarily in the sale of goods or services including institutions and local, sate and federal government agencies for uses other than those involving manufacturing or electric power generation.
