Commercial Secrets definition

Commercial Secrets means all business information, technical-industrial experiences, including those commercial, subject to legitimate GSKM control, in any form provided or made available, directly or indirectly, identified as secret, confidential, reserved or similar specifications. “General Terms and Conditions” means the general terms and conditions of purchase of goods or services set out in this document. "Goods" means tangible and intangible assets sold by Supplier to Purchaser and specified in the Purchase Order.
Commercial Secrets means all business information, technical-industrial experiences, including those commercial, subject to legitimate GSK control, in any form provided or made available, directly or indirectly, identified as secret, confidential, reserved or similar specifications. "Services" means work and intellectual services specified in the Purchase Order.
Commercial Secrets means any relevant data, price, quantity, technical scheme, terms and conditions to this Agreement and any other information related to the businesses disclosed by either Party (“disclosing Party”) to the other Party (“receiving Party”), including its parents, its subsidiaries and its affiliates.

Commercial Secrets means “commercial secrets” as defined in the Commercial Torts Law, 5759-1999, and any documentation, software, hardware, form, client list, knowledge and information of any kind or type relating to the Company’s business in the past, present or future, or any plans with respect to them, or with respect to the business of any third party in the present or in the future, or any plans with respect to them (including any object or information of any form whatsoever prescribed by law to be a commercial secret) which reached the knowledge of the Employee, which the Company does not disclose to third parties without restrictions on use or restrictions on disclosure to other third parties.

Commercial Secrets means any technical and economic information that is not known to the public, that may bring economic benefits to a competitor, that has practical use and that is protected by their owner.
