Commercial Zones definition

Commercial Zones means the C-1, C-2, C-3, CC, BRP, and MXD zones.
Commercial Zones means the Z-CCM, Z-HCM and Z-NCM zones, as defined in this Code (see LDC Chapter 16.08).
Commercial Zones means the following zones under the Zoning Bylaw of the Municipality:

  • Storage Containers not permitted the C-2 or C-4 Commercial Zones during the month of December.

  • Day Nurseries In Commercial Zones, Including Preschools and Nursery Schools: One space for each staff member, plus one space for each five (5) children for which said establishment is licensed.

  • Sites located in an I-G (General Industrial), I-L (Limited Industrial), or I-P (Industrial Park) Zone and in all Commercial Zones, excluding the C-FS (Commercial Freeway Services) and C-X (Commercial Crossroads) Zones, shall be served by a public wastewater disposal system, public water system, public stormwater drainage system and provide sanitary disposal of process water.

Commercial Zones means the BN, BC, CC-C and CC-F zoning districts.
Commercial Zones means Neighborhood Commercial, General Business, Highway Commercial, Resort Commercial and Resort Special and associated permissible overlays established by the Grand County Land Use Code. Commercial Zones shall not include the Heavy or Light Industrial Zones.
