Commission meeting definition

Commission meeting means the de- liberations of at least three Commis- sioners where such deliberations deter- mine or result in the joint conduct or disposition of official Commission busi- ness, but does not include deliberations required or permitted by § 3001.43(d) or§ 3001.43(e).
