Commissioning LNG definition

Commissioning LNG has the meaning set forth in Section 11.1C.
Commissioning LNG means the amount of LNG to be made available by the New Shipper to GLNG for the purposes of cool down, commissioning and testing as part of the Commissioning Programme (either by acquiring LNG-in- store from an Existing Phase Shipper or unloading LNG from an Approved LNG Tanker or both, as shall be specified by GLNG);
Commissioning LNG has the meaning given to that term in Clause 6.10(a).

Examples of Commissioning LNG in a sentence

  • If, following the twentieth (20th) day of each Month, Contractor’s daily plan for Commissioning LNG production changes materially from the previously noticed daily plan, then Owner shall use commercially reasonable efforts to provide storage for the Commissioning LNG to accommodate the revised plan for Commissioning LNG production as notified by Contractor in writing.

  • If, following the twentieth (20th) Day of each Month, Contractor’s daily plan for Commissioning LNG production changes materially from the previously noticed daily plan, then Owner shall use commercially reasonable efforts to provide storage for the Commissioning LNG to accommodate the revised plan for Commissioning LNG production as notified by Contractor in writing.

  • No later than the twentieth (20th) Day of the Month prior to the Month Contractor will first produce Commissioning LNG for the Subproject and no later than the twentieth 20th Day of each following Month, Contractor shall give written notice to Owner of the Commissioning LNG to be produced for each Day for the next three (3) Months.

  • No later than the twentieth (20th) Day of the Month occurring two (2) Months prior to the Month Contractor first expects to produce Commissioning LNG for the Subproject, Contractor shall give written notice to Owner of (i) Commissioning LNG expected to be produced for each Day for the Month Contractor first expects to produce Commissioning LNG and (ii) any revisions to the total Months quantities of Commissioning LNG expected in the following two (2) Months.

  • Owner shall provide storage, through Tanks, tankers or otherwise, for Commissioning LNG in accordance with the notice procedures specified in Section 11.1.

  • In coordination with the Commissioning Feed Gas forward plan in 11.1B, no later than the twentieth (20th) Day of the Month occurring three (3) Months prior to the Month Contractor first expects to produce Commissioning LNG for the Subproject, Contractor shall give written notice to Owner of the quantity, in MMBtu, of the Commissioning LNG expected to be produced in the Month Contractor first expects to produce Commissioning LNG and for each of the following two (2) Months.

  • Following Substantial Completion of Project 1, Owner shall provide storage, through Tanks completed by Contractor under Project 1 for Commissioning LNG in accordance with the notice procedures specified in Section 11.2B and Section 11.2C.

  • Following Substantial Completion, Owner shall provide storage, through Tanks completed by Contractor under Project 1 and Project 5 for Commissioning LNG in accordance with the notice procedures specified in Section 11.2B and Section 11.2C.

  • Following Substantial Completion, Owner shall provide storage, through Tanks completed by Contractor under Project 1 and Project 4 for Commissioning LNG in accordance with the notice procedures specified in Section 11.2B and Section 11.2C.

  • Following Substantial Completion, Owner shall provide storage, through Tanks completed by Contractor under Project 1 for Commissioning LNG in accordance with the notice procedures specified in Section 11.2B and Section 11.2C.

Related to Commissioning LNG

  • Commissioning means the process for determining the need for and for obtaining the supply of healthcare and related services by the Trust within available resources.

  • Commissioning test means tests applied to the Generating Facility, after completion of the construction of the Generating Facility, in order to verify that the Generating Facility may be released for Operation.

  • Commissioning Tests means all of the procedures and tests which, in accordance with the Reasonable and Prudent Standard, and in compliance with industry guidelines, practices and standards, are:

  • Commissioning Period means, with respect to each Subproject, the period commencing upon the first delivery of Feed Gas to the Subproject in accordance with Sections 4.8 and 11.1 of the Agreement continuing through achievement of RFSU, commissioning, Start Up, Performance Testing and achievement of Substantial Completion for such Subproject.

  • Commissioning Date means that date when construction of the contemplated Project is complete, and the Maintenance Term commences;

  • Pre-commissioning means the testing, checking, and any other required activity that may be specified in the Technical Requirements that are to be carried out by the Supplier in preparation for Commissioning of the System as provided in GCC Clause 26 (Installation).

  • Construction Phase Services means the coordination, implementation and execution of the Work required by this Agreement, which are further defined in Article 8.

  • Decommissioning Plan means the document containing detailed information on the proposed decommissioning and covering the following: the selected decommissioning strategy; the schedule, type and sequence of decommissioning activities; the waste management strategy applied, including clearance; the proposed end state; the storage and disposal of the waste from decommissioning; the timeframe for decommissioning; the cost estimates for the completion of decommissioning; and the objectives, expected results, milestones, target dates, as well as the corresponding key performance indicators, including, as appropriate, earned value based indicators. The plan is prepared by the nuclear facility license holder and is reflected in the multiannual work programmes of the Programme;

  • Interconnection Feasibility Study means either a Generation Interconnection Feasibility Study or Transmission Interconnection Feasibility Study.

  • Decommissioning means the measures taken at the end of a facility's operating life to assure the continued protection of the public from any residual radioactivity or other potential hazards present at a facility.

  • Generation Interconnection Feasibility Study means a study conducted by the Transmission Provider (in coordination with the affected Transmission Owner(s)) in accordance with Tariff, Part IV, section 36.2.

  • Project Completion means completion of the Redevelopment in accordance with this Agreement to the state where the whole of the Morley Shopping Centre, as so redeveloped, is capable of occupation for its intended purpose;

  • Project Water means water made available for delivery to the contractors by project conservation facilities and the transportation facilities included in the System.

  • generating plant means the generating facility described in Schedule 1 as amended from time to time;

  • Phase 1 means the first implementation phase of this section, beginning June 1, 2018 and ending May 31, 2022.

  • Construction Completion means physical construction of a cleanup action component is complete.

  • Interconnection Studies means the Interconnection Feasibility Study, the System Impact Study, and the Facilities Study described in Tariff, Part IV and Tariff, Part VI. Interface Pricing Point:

  • Interconnection Study means any of the studies defined in the CAISO Tariff or, if applicable, any distribution provider’s tariff that reflect the methodology and costs to interconnect the Project to the Participating Transmission Owner’s electric grid.

  • Pre-Construction Phase Services means the participation, documentation and execution of Contractor’s Pre-Construction Phase deliverables as required by this Agreement and further defined in Article 5.

  • Drilling operations means the drilling of an oil and gas well and the production and completion operations ensuing from the drilling which require entry upon the surface estate and which were commenced after June 30, 1979, and oil and gas geophysical and seismograph exploration activities commenced after June 30, 1983.

  • Generation Interconnection Facilities Study means a Facilities Study related to a Generation Interconnection Request.

  • Construction Completion Date means the date by which the overall development of the Project is completed in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement and when the Construction Completion Certificate is issued by the Independent Engineer as per Article 14.1.

  • Turnkey means a procurement process where one service provider assumes total responsibility for all aspects of the project and delivers the full end product / service required by the contract.

  • service delivery and budget implementation plan means a detailed plan approved by the executive mayor of a municipality in terms of section 53(l)(c)(ii) of the MFMA for implementing the municipality's delivery of municipal services and its annual budget, and which must indicate

  • Project Management Report means each report prepared in accordance with Section 4.02 of this Agreement;

  • cogeneration means the simultaneous generation in one process of thermal energy and electrical or mechanical energy;
