Commitment Documents definition

Commitment Documents has the meaning given to it in the Commitment Letter.

Commitment Documents means all title exception documents including all of the documents referred to in Schedule B of the Title Commitment.

Commitment Documents means this letter (including the Interim Facilities Agreement), the Term Sheets and the Syndication and Fee Letter.

• For purposes of this Agreement, references to the “Financing” will include the financing contemplated by the Commitment Documents as permitted to be amended, modified or replaced by this Section 5.13(c) or Section 5.13(d), and references to the “Commitment Documents” will include such documents as permitted to be amended, modified or replaced by this Section 5.13(c) or Section 5.13(d).

More Definitions of Commitment Documents

Commitment Documents means the Commitment Letter and the Engagement Letter, collectively.
