COMMON AMENITIES AND FACILITIES definition

COMMON AMENITIES AND FACILITIES means and include those facilities provided by the Promoter/Developer as specified in Part-II of the Fourth Schedule hereunder written and are available for common use and enjoyment by all the Allottees/Purchasers, Occupiers and Visitors subject to however reservation and restrictions as shall be imposed by the Promoter/Developer.
