Common B Shares definition

Common B Shares means shares of the Company’s Class B Common Stock, par value $0.01 per share.
Common B Shares means Membership Rights in the Company having the economic rights set forth herein with respect to “Common B Shares.” Common B Shares shall not participate in any vote of the Members.
Common B Shares means a non-voting share of a par value of US$0.01 in thecapital of the Company designated as a Common B share, enjoying the rights, power, privileges and authorities provided by a resolution of the Directors passed at the time of issue of such share.

  • Series B Shares means the shares of Fixed Rate Cumulative Perpetual Preferred Stock, Series B, of the Company.

  • Class A Common Shares means the Class A common shares of the Company, par value US$0.00001 per share, at the date of this Indenture, subject to Section 14.07.

  • Series C Preferred Shares means the Company’s series C preferred shares, par value US$0.00001 per share.

  • Series A Common Stock means the Series A Common Stock, par value $0.01 per share, of the Company.

  • Existing Common Stock means shares of common stock of Delphi that are authorized, issued, and outstanding prior to the Effective Date.

  • A Ordinary Shares means the A ordinary shares of £0.01 each in the capital of the Company;

  • Class A Preferred Shares shall have the meaning ascribed to it in Section 2.4(a).

  • Common Stock means the common stock of the Company.

  • Class B Ordinary Shares shall have the meaning ascribed to it in Section 2.4(a).
