  • Each Management Entity shall ensure that the ENERGY STAR marks are used solely in the manner specified in the Guidelines for Proper Use of the ENERGY STAR Name and Common Logo set forth in Annex B.

  • The decision to authorise an applicant to become a programme participant shall be taken by the Commission, after verifying that the applicant has agreed to comply with the Common Logo user guidelines contained in Annex B to the Agreement.
