Common name means any designation or identification such as code name, code number, trade name, brand name or generic name used to identify a chemical other than by its chemical name.
common portal means the common goods and services tax electronic portal referred to in section 146;
Common ownership means that more than 50% of the voting control of each member of a combined group is directly or indirectly owned by a common owner or owners, either corporate or non-corporate, whether or not the owner or owners are members of the combined group. Whether voting control is indirectly owned shall be determined in accordance with section 318 of the federal Internal Revenue Code, 26 U.S.C. s.318.
Ordinary high-water mark (NR 115.03(6)) means the point on the bank or shore up to which the presence and action of surface water is so continuous as to leave a distinctive mark such as by erosion, destruction or prevention of terrestrial vegetation, predominance of aquatic vegetation, or other easily recognized characteristics.
Common Properties means and refer to those areas of land shown on any recorded subdivision plat of The Properties and intended to be devoted to the common use and enjoyment of the owners of The Properties.
Common elements means all portions of the condominium other than the units.
Common Property means any and all real and personal property and easements and other interests therein, together with the facilities and improvements located thereon, now or hereafter owned by the Association for the common use and enjoyment of the Owners.
Common promotional plan means a plan, undertaken by a person
Limited common element means a portion of the common elements allocated by the declaration or by operation of section 38-33.3-202 (1) (b) or (1) (d) for the exclusive use of one or more units but fewer than all of the units.
Living unit means a room, apartment, cottage, or other area within a facility set aside for the exclusive use or control of one or more identified residents.
common-law partner of an individual means another individual who has cohabited with the individual in a conjugal relationship for a period of at least one year;
Limited common elements means a portion of the common elements reserved in the master deed for the exclusive use of less than all of the co-owners.
Class B Common Unit means one of that certain class of Common Units with those special rights and obligations specified in this Agreement as being appurtenant to a “Class B Common Unit”.
Class A Common Unit means a Common Unit having the rights and obligations specified with respect to Class A Common Units in this Agreement.
Partnership Percentage means a percentage established for each partner on the Partnership' books as of the first day of each Fiscal Period. The Partnership Percentage of a Partner for a Fiscal Period shall be determined by dividing the amount of the Partner's capital account as of the beginning of the Fiscal Period by the sum of the capital accounts of all of the Partners as of the beginning of the fiscal Period. The sum of the Partnership Percentage for each fiscal Period shall equal one hundred percent (100%).
Existing Common Stock means shares of common stock of Delphi that are authorized, issued, and outstanding prior to the Effective Date.
Common Facilities means the facilities under D.G.sets/D.G.rooms, water storage tanks its pumping and supply system, sewerage & drainage systems, electric sub-station/ transformers/electric panels/distribution network, maintenance service rooms, lawns including lighting & services etc., roads, pathways & driveways including street lighting & services etc., guard posts, fire hydrants & fire fighting system etc. and all such facilities and areas for common use and excluded from the computation of Super Area of the Said Premises;
Common Facility Means a place where tenants utilise the same equipment such as kitchen, laundry and meeting room and or car park.
Common parent, as used in this provision, means that corporate entity that owns or controls an affiliated group
Common Unit Economic Balance means (i) the Capital Account balance of the General Partner, plus the amount of the General Partner’s share of any Partner Minimum Gain or Partnership Minimum Gain, in either case to the extent attributable to the General Partner’s ownership of Partnership Common Units and computed on a hypothetical basis after taking into account all allocations through the date on which any allocation is made under Section 6.2.D hereof, divided by (ii) the number of the General Partner’s Partnership Common Units.
Common Unit means a common unit representing a limited partner interest in the Partnership having the rights set forth in the Partnership Agreement.
Partnership Unit Economic Balance means (i) the Capital Account balance of the General Partner plus the amount of the General Partner’s share of any Partner Minimum Gain or Partnership Minimum Gain, in each case to the extent attributable to the General Partner’s Partnership Units divided by (ii) the number of the General Partner’s Partnership Units.
Common profits means the balance of all income, rents, profits and revenues from the common areas and facilities remaining after the deduction of the common expenses;
Property Owner Association Property means, for each Fiscal Year, any property within the boundaries of IA No. 1 that was owned by a property owner association, including any master or sub-association, as of January 1 of the prior Fiscal Year.
Animal Unit means a unit of measure used to compare differences in the production of animal manure and set forth in Minn. R. 7020.0300, subp. 5.
Class A Common means the Company's Class A Common Stock, par value $.01 per share.
