Examples of Communications Law in a sentence
No Loan Party is in violation of any duty or obligation required by any Communications Law, the Cable Act or any other Requirement of Law pertaining to or regulating the operation of any Interactive Broadband Network or the provision of Broadband Services, except where such violation could not reasonably be expected to result in a Material Adverse Effect.
Notwithstanding anything to the contrary herein, to the extent this Agreement or any other Credit Document purports to grant or to require any Grantor to grant to the Collateral Agent a security interest in any License, the Collateral Agent shall only have a security interest in such License at such times and to the extent that a security interest in such License is permitted under applicable law, including the applicable Communications Law.
If at any time in the future the Communications Law permits any Grantor to grant a security interest in any License, this Agreement shall be deemed to grant a security interest in such License immediately thereupon without any further action by or notice to any Grantor, the Collateral Agent or any Lender or other Secured Party.

Except as set forth in Disclosure Schedule (3.1), no Credit Party is in violation of, or in default of, in a manner that, individually or in the aggregate, could reasonably be expected to have a Material Adverse Effect, any applicable Communications Law or the provisions, terms and conditions of any Telecommunications Approval.
