Communications Law definition

Communications Law any and all of (i) the Communications Act of 1934, as amended, and any similar or successor federal statute, and the rules and regulations of the FCC thereunder, (ii) any state law governing the provision of telecommunications services, and the rules and regulations of the PUC, all as the same may be in effect from time to time.
Communications Law means the Communications Act of 1934, as amended, and all rules and regulations thereunder, or any successor statute or statutes thereto (including, without limitation, the Telecommunications Act of 1996) and all rules and regulations thereunder, and all rules and regulations of the FCC, any applicable PUC or any other applicable Governmental Authority related to the provision of telecommunication or broadcast services, each as amended or supplemented from time to time.

Communications Law means all laws, rules, regulations, codes, ordinances, orders, decrees, judgments, injunctions, notices or binding agreements issued, promulgated or entered into by any Governmental Authority (including the FCC and the RCA) relating in any way to the offering or provision of communications.
