Community mental health services provider definition

Community mental health services provider means an agency, association, corporation, individual, or program that provides community mental health services that are certified by the director of mental health and addiction services under section 5119.36 of the Revised Code.
Community mental health services provider means a community–based mental health program approved by the Department or an individual practitioner who contracts with the Department or the appropriate core service agency.
