Company Affiliated Group definition

Company Affiliated Group means each affiliated, combined, consolidated or unitary group of which the Company or any of its subsidiaries is or has been a member.

Company Affiliated Group means the Company and all Affiliates, collectively with each of their respective successors and assigns. For the avoidance of doubt, following a Change in Control of the Company, “Affiliates” shall be defined as Affiliates of the Company following such Change in Control.

Company Affiliated Group means each affiliated, consolidated, combined, unitary or aggregate group of which the Company or any of its Subsidiaries is or has been a member; (C) “taxing authority” means any Governmental Entity exercising regulatory authority in respect of any taxes; and (D) “tax return” means any Federal, state or local (in each case, whether domestic or foreign) return, declaration, report, estimate, form, claim for refund, information return, statement (including any statement pursuant to Treasury Regulation Section 1.6011-4(a)) or other document, in each case relating to taxes (including any related or supporting information with respect thereto, any certificate, schedule or attachment thereto and any amendment thereof).

• Following the date of termination of employment, the Executive shall reasonably cooperate with the Company upon reasonable request of the Board of Directors and be reasonably available to the Company with respect to matters arising out of the Executive’s services to the Company Affiliated Group.

More Definitions of Company Affiliated Group

Company Affiliated Group means the consolidated group for federal income tax purposes of which the Company is the common parent corporation.

Company Affiliated Group means any Affiliated Group that has any Acquired Entity as its common parent.

Company Affiliated Group means the affiliated group, within the meaning of section 1504(a) of the Code, of which the Company is the common parent and which includes the Subsidiaries.
