Company Credit Card definition

Company Credit Card means a Private Label Credit Card and/or Co-Branded Credit Card, as applicable; the termCompany Credit Cards” means Private Label Credit Cards and Co-Branded Credit Cards collectively.
Company Credit Card means a Private Label Credit Card offered or maintained pursuant to this Agreement that bears a Company Licensed Xxxx, including the Credit Cards listed on Schedule 1.1(f).
Company Credit Card means a private-label Credit Card linked to a single Account offered or maintained pursuant to this Agreement that bears a Company Licensed Mark and that may be used solely to finance purchases of Goods and/or Services, including the Credit Cards listed on Schedule 1.01(e) that meet the foregoing qualifications.

Examples of Company Credit Card in a sentence

  • The Retail Merchants shall maintain POS terminals capable of processing Company Credit Card and Account transactions as handled as of the Servicing Start Date, and prior to the Servicing Start Date shall make such changes to such POS terminals as required under the Integration Plan.

  • The Bank shall promptly open a new Account and issue a new Company Credit Card with respect to each Application submitted by a Program Eligible Applicant approved in accordance with the credit criteria set forth in the Risk Management Policies and Applicable Law.

  • If the Bank receives a Cardholder complaint regarding Goods and Services (and not relating to the use of the Cardholder’s Account or Company Credit Card to purchase such Goods and Services), or the Value Proposition, the Bank shall refer such complaint to the Company in accordance with the Operating Procedures and Section 7.2(i).

  • If the Company receives a Cardholder complaint regarding the Cardholder’s Account or Company Credit Card, the payment for any Goods and Services or Ancillary Products purchased with a Company Credit Card or otherwise financed on an Account, any of the Payment Plans, or the Value Proposition, the Company shall refer such complaint to the Bank in accordance with the Operating Procedures.

  • Those employees regularly incurring substantial expenses are issued with a Company Credit Card, which must be used for all expenses incurred, barring foreign travel.


More Definitions of Company Credit Card

Company Credit Card means a Co-Branded Credit Card or a Private Label Credit Card. “Company Designee” has the meaning set forth in Section 3.2(b) hereof.

Related to Company Credit Card

  • Credit card means any card, plate, coupon book, or other credit device ex- isting for the purpose of obtaining money, property, labor, or services on credit.

  • Credit Card Account means the Account of the Cardmember opened with Maybank for the purpose of this Agreement;

  • Private label credit card means any charge card, credit card, or other instrument serving a similar purpose that carries, refers to, or is branded with the name or logo of a vendor and that can only be used for purchases from the vendor.

  • Company Credit Facility means the Credit Agreement, dated as of March 24, 2016, as amended and restated as of December 14, 2017, as further amended and restated as of May 7, 2019, as further amended and restated as of September 11, 2019, and as further amended as of November 14, 2019, by and among Centene, the various financial institutions named therein, as lenders, and Wells Fargo Bank, National Association, as administrative agent, including any related notes, Guarantees, collateral documents, instruments and agreements executed in connection therewith, and in each case as amended, restated, modified, renewed, refunded, replaced or refinanced (in whole or in part) from time to time, whether or not with the same lenders or agent.

  • Company Credit Agreement means the Amended and Restated Credit Agreement, dated as of September 30, 2016, as amended from time to time, among the Company, the guarantors named therein, the lenders named therein, and Xxxxx Fargo Bank, National Association, as administrative agent and collateral agent, and all pledge, security, guaranty and other agreements and documents related thereto.

  • Credit Card Issuer means any Person (other than a Loan Party) who issues or whose members issue credit cards or debit cards, including, without limitation, MasterCard or VISA bank credit or debit cards or other bank credit or debit cards issued through MasterCard International, Inc., Visa, U.S.A., Inc. or Visa International and American Express, Discover, Diners Club, Xxxxx Xxxxxxx and other non-bank credit or debit cards, including, without limitation, credit or debit cards issued by or through American Express Travel Related Services Company, Inc. or Discover Financial Services, Inc.

  • Credit Account is modified to read “Grant Account”.

  • Card Account means the account maintained with the Bank in respect of the card;

  • Universal Credit means any payment of Universal Credit payable under the Welfare Reform Act 2012, the Universal Credit Regulations 2013, The Universal Credit (Consequential, Supplementary, Incidental and Miscellaneous Provisions) Regulations 2013, Universal Credit (Miscellaneous Amendments) Regulations 2013 and the Universal Credit (Transitional Provisions) Regulations 2014;

  • Online Account means the Bank account from which you will be conducting transactions using a Service;

  • Credit Card Advance Rate means 90%.

  • Merchant Account means the merchant account facility agreed between you and the Merchant Acquiring Bank.

  • Credit Card Agreement means the open-end revolving credit agreement between a Cardholder and Bank governing the Account and Cardholder’s use of the Credit Card, together with any modifications or amendments which may be made to such agreement.

  • Letter of Credit Account means the account established by the Borrower under the sole and exclusive control of the Administrative Agent maintained at the office of the Administrative Agent at 200 Xxxx Xxxxxx, Xxx Xxxx, Xxx Xxxx 00000 designated as the “Delphi Letter of Credit Account” that shall be used solely for the purposes set forth herein.

  • Linked Account means any controlled disbursement account, controlled balance account or other deposit account maintained by a Collection Account Bank for the Parent, the Performance Guarantor, the Servicer, any Originator or any Affiliate thereof and linked to any Collection Account by a zero balance account connection or other automated funding mechanism or controlled balance arrangement.

  • Credit Card Processor means any servicing or processing agent or any factor or financial intermediary who facilitates, services, processes or manages the credit authorization, billing transfer and/or payment procedures with respect to any Loan Party’s sales transactions involving credit card or debit card purchases by customers using credit cards or debit cards issued by any Credit Card Issuer.

  • 9% Credits means Federal Credit allocated on a competitive basis under the provisions of this Plan.

  • Credit Card Receivables means each “payment intangible” (as defined in the UCC) together with all income, payments and proceeds thereof, owed by a Credit Card Issuer or Credit Card Processor to a Loan Party resulting from charges by a customer of a Loan Party on credit or debit cards issued by such Credit Card Issuer in connection with the sale of goods by a Loan Party, or services performed by a Loan Party, in each case in the ordinary course of its business.

  • frozen account means an account with a relevant institution which is held or controlled (directly or indirectly) by a designated person;

  • Cardholder means a person authorized to use a Card.

  • account information service means an online service to provide consolidated information on one or more payment accounts held by the payment service user with either another payment service provider or with more than one payment service provider;

  • Primary Credit Facility mean the credit facility described in the Line of Credit section of this Agreement.

  • 4% Credits means Federal Credit available to Bond Financed Projects which meet the requirements of this Plan.

  • Eligible Credit Card Receivables means at the time of any determination thereof, each Credit Card Receivable that satisfies the following criteria at the time of creation and continues to meet the same at the time of such determination: such Credit Card Receivable (i) has been earned by performance and represents the bona fide amounts due to a Borrower from a credit card payment processor and/or credit card issuer, and in each case originated in the ordinary course of business of such Borrower, and (ii) is not ineligible for inclusion in the calculation of the Borrowing Base pursuant to any of clauses (a) through (k) below. Without limiting the foregoing, to qualify as an Eligible Credit Card Receivable, an Account shall indicate no Person other than a Borrower as payee or remittance party. In determining the amount to be so included, the face amount of an Account shall be reduced by, without duplication, to the extent not reflected in such face amount, (i) the amount of all accrued and actual discounts, claims, credits or credits pending, promotional program allowances, price adjustments, finance charges or other allowances (including any amount that a Borrower may be obligated to rebate to a customer, a credit card payment processor, or credit card issuer pursuant to the terms of any agreement or understanding (written or oral)) and (ii) the aggregate amount of all cash received in respect of such Account but not yet applied by the Loan Parties to reduce the amount of such Credit Card Receivable. Any Credit Card Receivables meeting the foregoing criteria shall be deemed Eligible Credit Card Receivables but only as long as such Credit Card Receivable is not included within any of the following categories, in which case such Credit Card Receivable shall not constitute an Eligible Credit Card Receivable:

  • Commercial account means an arrangement whereby a retail distributor sells hazardous chemicals to an employer, generally in large quantities over time and/or at costs that are below the regular retail price.

  • Designated Deposit Account is Borrower’s deposit account, account number , maintained with Bank.
