Private Label Credit Cards definition

Private Label Credit Cards means any private label credit card issued by Alliance Data Systems or another major credit card provider, in each case for which the credit card relationship with the holder of the credit card involves no risk or other liability to any Credit Party.
Private Label Credit Cards means any of the following: the Fashion Bug Card, the Co-Branded Card, the Catherines Card and any other private label credit card issued by Originator, any Financing Subsidiary, or any other Obligor to customers or prospective customers of any Obligors, in respect of which Parent or any Subsidiary of Parent is either the Credit Card Issuer or Credit Card Processor.

Examples of Private Label Credit Cards in a sentence

  • Bank shall not convert Private Label Credit Cards to Co-Branded Credit Cards or Co-Branded Credit Cards to Private Label Credit Cards, except as mutually agreed upon by the parties.

  • The parties acknowledge that the Private Label Credit Cards will not be able to be used for purchases through the Retailer Website until such time that functionality allowing settlement with Bank is enabled.

  • If the behaviors and their related aspirations are uncontrollable, there will be unfulfilled needs which continue forever.

  • Company shall have no obligation to reissue any Private Label Credit Cards or unexpired Co-Branded Credit Cards to reflect the change of ownership unless [*]; provided, however, that in either case, the parties shall mutually agree on a commercially reasonable schedule for reissuing such Credit Cards.

  • Kohl’s, as servicer for Bank shall reissue Private Label Credit Cards to Cardholders as reasonably determined by the parties.

  • The Bank shall directly process the Transactions on Private Label Credit Cards such that the Retail Merchants do not incur any merchant acquirer/processor or similar fees (including Interchange Fees or interchange reimbursement fees).

  • Bank shall issue new Private Label Credit Cards in accordance with Schedule 2.1(b) and shall maintain existing Account numbers on the Accounts.

  • Private label credit card means any charge card, credit card, or other instrument serving a similar purpose that carries, refers to, or is branded with the name or logo of a vendor and that can only be used for purchases from the vendor.

  • Credit card means any card, plate, coupon book, or other credit device ex- isting for the purpose of obtaining money, property, labor, or services on credit.

  • Credit Card Issuer means any Person (other than a Loan Party) who issues or whose members issue credit cards or debit cards, including, without limitation, MasterCard or VISA bank credit or debit cards or other bank credit or debit cards issued through MasterCard International, Inc., Visa, U.S.A., Inc. or Visa International and American Express, Discover, Diners Club, Xxxxx Xxxxxxx and other non-bank credit or debit cards, including, without limitation, credit or debit cards issued by or through American Express Travel Related Services Company, Inc. or Discover Financial Services, Inc.

  • Credit Card Account means the Account of the Cardmember opened with Maybank for the purpose of this Agreement;

  • Credit Card Processor means any servicing or processing agent or any factor or financial intermediary who facilitates, services, processes or manages the credit authorization, billing transfer and/or payment procedures with respect to any Borrower’s sales transactions involving credit card or debit card purchases by customers using credit cards or debit cards issued by any Credit Card Issuer.

  • Credit Card Receivables means each “payment intangible” (as defined in the UCC) together with all income, payments and proceeds thereof, owed by a Credit Card Issuer or Credit Card Processor to a Loan Party resulting from charges by a customer of a Loan Party on credit or debit cards issued by such Credit Card Issuer in connection with the sale of goods by a Loan Party, or services performed by a Loan Party, in each case in the ordinary course of its business.

  • Credit Card Agreement means the open-end revolving credit agreement between a Cardholder and Bank governing the Account and Cardholder's use of the Credit Card, together with any modifications or amendments which may be made to such agreement as permitted in this Agreement.

  • Credit Card Guidelines means the respective policies and procedures of the Account Owner, as the case may be, as such policies and procedures may be amended from time to time, (a) relating to the operation of its credit card business, which generally are applicable to its portfolio of revolving credit card accounts and in each case which are consistent with prudent practice, including the policies and procedures for determining the creditworthiness of credit card customers and the extension of credit to credit card customers, and (b) relating to the maintenance of revolving credit card accounts and collection of credit card receivables.

  • Credit Card Agreements means all agreements now or hereafter entered into by and between any Borrowing Base Party and any Credit Card Issuer or Credit Card Processor, as the same may now exist or may hereafter be amended, modified, supplemented, extended, renewed, restated or replaced.

  • Credit Card Advance Rate means 90%.

  • Card Issuer means the financial institution or company which has provided a Card to a Cardholder.

  • Cardholders persons authorized to use Association or Network branded cards.

  • Prepaid Card means the MasterCard Prepaid Card that you have purchased from us;

  • Card Account means the account maintained with the Bank in respect of the Card;

  • Card means credit, debit, smart or other charge or pre-paid cards branded as follows: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Visa Debit, Solo, Maestro (subject to the Codes of Practice).

  • Credit Card Notification has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 5.11.

  • Credit Card Notifications has the meaning provided in Section 6.13(a)(i).

  • Retailer means every person engaged in the business of making sales at retail, or for distribution,

  • Cardholder means a person authorized to use a Card.

  • Card Network means a payment card network, including the network operated by each of Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.

  • Merchant means a person who is authorized under a written contract with an acquirer to honor or accept credit cards, or to transmit or process for payment credit card payments, for the purchase of goods or services or a charitable contribution.

  • Universal Credit means any payment of Universal Credit payable under the Welfare Reform Act 2012, the Universal Credit Regulations 2013, The Universal Credit (Consequential, Supplementary, Incidental and Miscellaneous Provisions) Regulations 2013, Universal Credit (Miscellaneous Amendments) Regulations 2013 and the Universal Credit (Transitional Provisions) Regulations 2014;

  • wholesale customer means a natural or legal person purchasing electricity for the purpose of resale inside or outside the system where he is established;

  • ACH debit means the EFT payment option in which the payer initiates the transfer of funds by authorizing the depart- ment’s depository bank to transfer the payment amount from the payer’s account.

  • Calling Card Service means a service that enables a calling End User to bill a telephone call to a calling card number with or without the help of an operator.

  • Label means a display of written, printed, or graphic matter upon the immediate container of any article. A requirement made by or under authority of this chapter that any word, statement, or other information appear on the label shall not be considered to be complied with unless such word, statement, or other information also appears on the outside container or wrapper, if any, of the retail package of such article or is easily legible through the outside container or wrapper.
