Company Forecasts definition

Company Forecasts has the meaning set forth in Section 2.7(b) hereof.
Company Forecasts shall have the meaning set forth in Section 4.28.
Company Forecasts means “Special FactorsScotia Capital Formal Valuation and Fairness Opinion”.
