Company Investments definition

Company Investments has the meaning set forth in Section 5.4(a).
Company Investments means loans, guarantees, equity investments and other financial products, as well as advisory services provided by the Company to a Sub-project Enterprise, in each case for the purpose of an eligible Sub-project, upon completion of preparation and appraisal of such Sub-project in full compliance with the provisions of the Operations Manual.
Company Investments means investments by the Company in Loans, notes, bonds, debentures, mutual funds, and other investment in private or public companies and/or collective investment vehicles.
