Company License definition

Company License means a license issued by the Secretary to a business entity that uses a pesticide on the land or home of another person for remuneration or gratis.

Company License means any license, sublicense or other agreement to which the Company or a Company Subsidiary is a party and pursuant to which any third party is authorized to use any Company Intellectual Property.

Company License means the license granted by Xxxxxx.xxx D to Company under Section 4.1.
