Company Licensed Marks definition

Company Licensed Marks means the trademarks, tradenames, service marks, logos and other proprietary designations of Company or its Affiliates listed on Schedule B as may be modified from time to time in accordance with Section 9.1(b), together with the tradename of Company and any successor trademarks, tradenames, service marks, logos and proprietary designations that Company adopts as successors to those listed on Schedule B.

Company Licensed Marks means the trademarks, trade names, service marks, logos and other proprietary designations of Company licensed to Bank under the Bank Licensing Agreement.

Company Licensed Marks means Trademarks that are listed on Schedule 1.01(b), as such schedule may be amended from time to time by the Company, and any Trademark of the Company that (i) includes, in whole or in part, any Trademark listed on Schedule 1.01(b) or (ii) is otherwise confusingly similar to or derivative of any such Trademark. Company Licensed Marks shall include Zale Licensed Marks for purposes of this Agreement.

Examples of Company Licensed Marks in a sentence

• The Company has the right, power and authority to grant the rights to use the Company Licensed Marks expressly granted herein.

• Company acknowledges and agrees that (i) it has no right, title or interest (except for its right, title and interest in the Company Licensed Marks and the Purchase Option) in or to, any of the Accounts or the Account Documentation related to such Accounts or any proceeds of the foregoing, and (ii) Bank extends credit directly to Cardholders.

• All use of the Company Licensed Marks shall be approved by Company.

• Bank shall reasonably cooperate with and assist Company, at Company expense, in the prosecution of those actions that Company determines, in its sole discretion, are necessary or desirable to prevent the infringing use of any of the Company Licensed Marks.

• All uses of the Company Licensed Marks shall require the prior written approval of the Company and shall be in accordance with this Agreement and any Trademark Style Guide or other rules as may be delivered by the Company to the Bank from time to time.

More Definitions of Company Licensed Marks

Company Licensed Marks means the trademarks, trade names, service marks, logos and other proprietary designations of HRB Innovations, licensed to Meta under the Licensing Agreement.
