Company Payment Programs means all Payment Programs in which Company has participated in the last three (3) years. “Company’s knowledge”, “knowledge of Company” and like phrases mean the actual knowledge (i.e., the conscious awareness of facts or other information) of Member, ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ and ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ and any knowledge that would have been acquired by any of them upon appropriate inquiry and investigation.
