Company Per Share Trading Price means, at any given time, the trading price per share of Company Ordinary Shares as reported by Bloomberg or, if not available on Bloomberg, as reported by Morningstar.

Related to Company Per Share Trading Price

  • Closing Price has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 15.1(a).

  • Average Closing Price means the average of the closing market prices of a Share over the last five (5) Market Days on which transactions in the Shares were recorded on the SGX-ST immediately preceding the date of the Market Purchase by the Company or, as the case may be, the date of the making of the offer pursuant to the Off-Market Purchase, and deemed to be adjusted for any corporate action that occurs after the relevant five-day period; and

  • Share Value means $25.00 plus declared and unpaid dividends as at the date of the Trigger Event.

  • Current Market Price shall have the meaning set forth in Section 11(d) hereof.
