Company Performance Shares definition

Company Performance Shares has the meaning set forth in Section 3.2(a).
Company Performance Shares means the Performance Shares described under Company Stock Plans.
Company Performance Shares means performance shares granted to Company Employees under the Company Stock Plans that vest and become issuable upon the attainment of certain performance criteria pursuant to the Company Stock Plans or any applicable award agreement and, to the extent set forth in Section 1.1 of the Company Disclosure Letter, the other performance shares granted to Company Employees that vest and become issuable upon the attainment of certain performance criteria pursuant to any applicable award agreement set forth therein.

More Definitions of Company Performance Shares

Company Performance Shares shall have the meaning set forth in the Company ESIP for "Performance Shares."
Company Performance Shares means the Performance Shares described under Company Stock Plans. “Company Performance Units” shall mean the Performance Units described under the Company Stock Plans. “Company Permits” shall have the meaning set forth in Section 4.9(a).
Company Performance Shares mean the performance shares issued under the Company Stock Plan.
Company Performance Shares means an award granted pursuant to any Company Stock Plan to deliver Shares upon the achievement of specified performance-based vesting criteria.
Company Performance Shares means “performance share” awards granted under any of the Company Stock Plans.

Related to Company Performance Shares

  • Performance Shares means Shares or an Award denominated in Shares which may be earned in whole or in part upon attainment of performance criteria established by the Administrator.

  • Performance Share Units means Performance Share Units granted to an Eligible Individual under Section 9.1(b).

  • Performance Share Award means an Award entitling the recipient to acquire shares of Stock upon the attainment of specified Performance Goals.

  • Performance Share Unit or “PSU” means a unit equivalent in value to a Share, credited by means of a bookkeeping entry in the books of the Corporation in accordance with Article 6;

  • Company Restricted Stock Unit means any restricted stock unit award subject to service-based vesting, payable in shares of Company Common Stock or the value of which is determined with reference to the value of shares of Company Common Stock, whether granted under a Company Stock Plan or otherwise.

  • Restricted Stock Units means an Award of stock units subject to such restrictions and conditions as the Administrator may determine at the time of grant.

  • Company PSUs means any performance-based restricted stock units of the Company, whether granted pursuant to any of the Company Stock Plans or otherwise.

  • Bonus Stock Award means an award of Bonus Stock under this Plan.

  • Phantom Shares means an Award of the right to receive Shares issued at the end of a Restricted Period which is granted pursuant to Section 6(e) of the Plan.

  • Restricted Share Unit Award means a right to receive Ordinary Shares which is granted pursuant to the terms and conditions of Section 6(b).

  • Phantom Stock Award means an Award granted under Paragraph X of the Plan.

  • Long-Term Performance Award means an award under Section 10 below. A Long-Term Performance Award shall permit the recipient to receive a cash or stock bonus (as determined by the Committee) upon satisfaction of such performance factors as are set out in the recipient's individual grant. Long-Term Performance Awards will be based upon the achievement of Company, Subsidiary and/or individual performance factors or upon such other criteria as the Committee may deem appropriate.

  • Restricted Stock Unit Award means a right to receive shares of Common Stock which is granted pursuant to the terms and conditions of Section 6(b).

  • Phantom Stock Unit means the right to receive the value of one (1) share of the Company’s Common Stock, subject to the provisions of Section 8.4 of the Plan.
