Company Position definition

Company Position means the status of a person as a present or former director, officer, employee or agent of the Company or any other Enterprise.
Company Position has the meaning set forth in Section 5.1(d)(ii);

  • No amendment, alteration or repeal of this Agreement or of any provision hereof shall limit or restrict any right of Indemnitee under this Agreement in respect of any action taken or omitted by such Indemnitee in his Company Position prior to such amendment, alteration or repeal.

Related to Company Position

  • Queue Position means the priority assigned to an Interconnection Request, a Completed Application, or an Upgrade Request pursuant to applicable provisions of Tariff, Part VI.
