Company Private Warrant definition

Company Private Warrant means each outstanding private warrant to purchase shares of Company Common Stock pursuant to the Company Warrant Agreement.
Company Private Warrant means one whole warrant entitling the holder thereof to purchase one Company Class A Ordinary Share at a purchase price of $11.50 per full share.

More Definitions of Company Private Warrant

Company Private Warrant means one whole non-redeemable warrant of the Company to be issued in the Redomestication Merger in exchange for the outstanding Parent Private Warrants, entitling the holder thereof to purchase one (1) Ordinary Share at a price of $11.50 per whole Ordinary Share.
Company Private Warrant means one whole warrant entitling the holder thereof to purchase one (1) Company ADS (or one (1) Company Ordinary Share if at the time of exercise the Company no longer uses the ADR Facility) at a purchase price of $11.50 per share.
