Company Rights Plan definition

Company Rights Plan means that certain Rights Agreement dated as of July 1, 1999, by and between the Company and American Stock Transfer & Trust Company as Rights Agent.

Company Rights Plan means the Company's stockholder rights plan pursuant to a Rights Agreement dated as of April 11, 2000, between the Company and Continental Stock Transfer and Trust Company as Rights Agreement.

Company Rights Plan means the Rights Agreement, dated as of April 24, 2006, between the Company and American Stock Transfer & Trust Company, as Rights Agent, as amended.
